WHAT HAPPENED?
This is my 'Theory' on the true history of Earth
Okay, the very first thing that I
would like to point out is this:
No one can actually know how old the Earth is. Whether this 'Theory'
religion or some other religion, such as Jewish or Muslim or any other, there is
not enough evidence to make a good solid case. I do not believe that it is
millions or billions of years old. I believe it is somewhere between six and
twelve thousand years old. I have my reasons for this but they are not part of
this discussion. You see, I believe that a world wide cataclysmic event took
place a little less than 5000 years ago. I believe that the evidence CLEARLY shows that a
world wide catastrophe did occur and that the likeliest candidate is a world
wide flood. And since this is what the evidence shows, that means that any
evidence that had existed before the flood would have been completely destroyed.
Therefore, all of the layers of rock that we see, all of the canyons, basically
everything around us was formed by this flood. These layers of rock clearly
show, with their sharp, well-defined edges, and there complete lack of erosion
on ANY of these
layers, that they are a product of Hydrodynamic
Sorting. And, because this flood would have destroyed everything, I do not
believe that there is ANY
evidence of the world BEFORE
the flood, other than what we find in legends and the Bible.
Remember, the supposed Geologic Column is nothing more than the product of an over-active mind. The dates that were assigned to these layers by Charles Lyle, the inventor of the Column, were arrived at in the mid 1800's without any type of scientific investigation. Namely because no dating processes were yet available, and to be quite frank, there are still none available. Lyle simply guessed at these ages, making them intentionally old because he hated the Bible and wanted only to discredit it. And, since there are several types of rock that appear in different 'aged' strata, Lyle assigned an Index Fossil to determine where each of these layers belonged. Again, the only thing he had to guide him in this was his IMAGINATION! You know, when you look at this religion, you can see that it shares quite a lot with another religion that was started by a guy with an over-active imagination. Namely, L. Ron Hubbard, and his invented religion of Scientology. Both of these ideas were started by men who just made them up because they didn't like God and the Bible. This is really stupid, if you ask me.
